We can't wait to upgrade you, babe! To get started, simply complete the required information and attachments right on the product page. Add your desired packages to the shopping cart, and complete the purchase process. Review the Project Timeline in the description of each package you purchased and check your email for updates within 2-3 business days.
How do I explain how I want things to look?
It's easy, darling. After you complete the necessary components on the product paged and add your items to the cart, you can leave us any additional notes about your order on the checkout page.
Can I use a previously-created logo?
But, of course. Simply upload your logo right on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Will I be able to see what things look like before you send them to print?
Absolutely! We send over proofs of all of our design products and you will have a chance to approve or request revisions before we print your order.
What is your revisions policy?
We aim to please! We will work with you until you are 100% happy with your design. No revision minimums, love.

How many bundles can fit in your satin bags?
Our luxurious satin bags are 11x7" and can comfortably fit four bundles with room to spare.
How long does printing and shipping take?
We pour quality and care into each custom printed order. Basically, your packaging is made with LOVE! Please allow 10-12 business days for printing an shipping. We do not offer express shipping at this time, but we are working hard to bring that option to our customers very soon. You can always check the status of your order by clicking "track my package" on our website.
